I really liked the following posters: Dark Knight (both), Day Watch (never heard of it, but now I want to see it), The Thing, Sweeney Todd, and A Clockwork Orange. Surrealism can be hard to master on a movie poster, but some of them manage it quite well.
cx; Even i like Dark Knight and Sweeney Todd the most. Amazes me too how people can get so creative in a single frame.
