Om Ignores Michael’s Advice, And Raises Another $4.5 Million

Michael Arrington of TechCrunch had recommended Om  against raising money for his blog network but  GigaOm, couldn’t care less and went ahead and raised money, and now has joined b5Media, Silicon Alley Insider, VentureBeat and Paid Content (acquired), among others, in raising capital.

Let me dissect this and come out with facts in the next post, why did Michael said no and Why didn’t Om Listen to him ???
